GPS/Tracking

OverSite allows for real-time GPS tracking, cutting traffic delays and predicting arrival/travel times. Status updates are sent to users' Travel or Meeting planners.

GroundApp Traveler Mobile App

GroundApp is an easy tool to make reservations, changes, and cancellations. Travelers can locate their vehicle on a real-time map and receive real-time notifications.

We will do our best to recover your item and contact you with regard to its status. In completing the form, please be as specific as possible in describing the item.

If you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, please fill out our Lost & Found form located below. We will do our best to recover your item and contact you with regard to its status. In completing the form, please be as specific as possible in describing the item.

Furthermore please be aware that we are not responsible for any items left in our vehicles, but as a courtesy to our valued customers we will make every effort to locate your property. We retain found items for 30 days. You may also call our dispatch center at (718)482-7970 to check if any item has been brought to our lost and found.

In the event that your item is found the following procedure should be followed to retrieve your belongings. Call our dispatch center to arrange one of the following. A pick up of your belongings from our office, the use a messenger service, arrange for FedEx to pick it up (not paid for by Prime Time), request that it be sent in the mail via USPS at no charge, etc.
