Vouchers
1. Where is the account # located on the voucher?
The account number is located on top of the voucher right in the center.
Reservations
2. How much notice is required to make a reservation?
Depending on your location a car can be made available anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour.
3. May I make a last minute change to my reservation?
Yes.
4. Will I get a call when my car arrives?
Yes, you will.
Cancellations
5. How much notice is required to cancel a reservation?
Usually 30 min prior to your reservation pick up time is a safe call, however Incase it is an out of town pick up you must know at least an hour before pick up. your reservation pick up time. In case it is an out of town pick up.
6. Will I have to pay anything if I cancel a reservation?
There is no charge to cancel your reservation however if the car has been dispatched to your location, we will charge a "no show". Usually 30 min prior to your reservation pick up time. In case it is an out of town pick up.
Stops/Tolls/Cost
7. Does the fare include tolls, tip, stops, and waiting time?
No. The fare does not include tolls, tip, waiting time or additional stops.
8. Can I use my debit card/credit card to pay for a ride?
Yes, you may.
Lost & Found
f you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, please fill out our Lost & Found form. We will do our best to recover your item and contact you with regard to its status. In completing the form, please be as specific as possible in describing the item.
Furthermore please be aware that we are not responsible for any items left in our vehicles, but as a courtesy to our valued customers we will make every effort to locate your property. We retain found items for 30 days. You may also call our dispatch center at (718)482-7970 to check if any item has been brought to our lost and found.
In the event that your item is found the following procedure should be followed to retreat your belongings.
Call our dispatch center to arrange one of the following.
A pick up of your belongings from our office, the use a messenger service, arrange for FedEx to pick it up (not paid for by Prime Time), request that it be sent in the mail via USPS at no charge, etc.
